Person working on financial planning documents

Overview

What this program covers

Designed for cashiers who stepped into controller roles, franchise owners closing their own books, and junior auditors supporting retail clients in Taiwan(China).

You will practice with sample POS exports, safe logs, and ledger extracts — then assemble a close pack someone else can review without a phone call.

Informational price: NT$8,900 per learner · cohort or self-paced access for 120 days.

Learning outcomes

  • Run a consistent end-of-shift count for cash, card batches, and vouchers
  • Isolate float vs. sales discrepancies before escalating
  • Draft variance notes with timeline, tenders checked, and residual amount
  • Prepare a weekly rollup suitable for area manager review
  • Spot control gaps that create recurring shorts without accusing staff prematurely

The bank deposit matching module finally explained why our Monday ledger always looked short when Friday’s bag hit Tuesday. I still struggle with gift-card edge cases, but the worksheet alone paid for the seat.

Short and blunt: module 09’s decision tree is taped inside our cash office.

Capstone was harder than our real stores — which is the point. Wish there were more Mandarin captions on the demo videos, though English narration was clear enough.

FAQ

Before you enroll

Do I need accounting software experience?

No. Spreadsheet comfort helps. We teach the cash logic first; your ledger tool comes second.

Is this a payments or checkout product?

No. Cloudautoapp sells training only. Pricing on this site is informational — we do not process course payments on these pages.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not certify you under government auditor licenses, and we do not customize every POS vendor’s export layout. If your system uses a proprietary file format, you will map fields yourself using our templates as a guide.

How long do I keep access?

Self-paced seats include 120 days of materials. Cohort seats include live sessions plus 90 days of recording access afterward.
